First, thank you for your order. We truly appreciate your business. We also realize that when ordering food online, even with the most careful research, it just doesn't work out from time to time, and you want to return your product.
Since we are selling food, we do have some requirements for what we can accept as returns. We accept any unopened products. This means that if you purchased individual packages, we accept individual, unopened packages. If you have purchased a multipack, and it was delivered as such, we can only accept the whole, unopened multipack. If the package was opened, we are unable to accept it as a return, and thereby unable to issue a refund.
Items purchased on hardybuoys.com may be returned within 21 days of delivery. During the winter holiday season, this period may be extended.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact us either by calling (250) 949-8781 or email us at email@example.com to initiate the process.
When initiating a return, we will need the lot number, which is found on the label on the back of the package. We will also need a photo of the package contents, so we know how much we will receive.
Items returned for a refund is subject to a $12 fee, which covers return shipping. Items being returned for an exchange and with a retail value over $50 ship for free.
For refunds, please allow for 10 days for processing and issuance upon receipt of your return at our warehouse.
